    Produits isolants dans le bâtiment : éléments composites à base de déchets de liège

    Cet article présente les résultats d'une recherche dont l'objectif est la valorisation des déchets de liège pour la fabrication des produits thermiquement isolants. Le travail a consisté en la recherche des compositions optimales, maniables et faciles à mettre en œuvre, des matériaux composites déchets de liège crû ou expansé stabilisés par un liant hydraulique (ciment ou plâtre). La masse volumique et la conductivité thermique de ces matériaux ont été mesurées et comparées à celles des matériaux usuels. Cette étude s'est intéressée également à la détermination des épaisseurs des parois à base des matériaux composites retenus, tout en satisfaisant les exigences de la réglementation thermique et les conditions d'aptitude à l'emploi préconisées par les normes en vigueur. Une vérification des caractéristiques mécaniques des parois a été effectuée. This article presents the results of an experimental and theoretical study on the valorization of waste of cork. The material will be intended for the manufacture of products thermically insulating (light bricks or covers). Work consisted of the research of the optimal compositions of the composite material waste of grown or expanded cork stabilized by a hydraulic binder (cement or plaster), handy and easy to place. The density and the thermal conductivity of those materials were measured and compared with those of usual materials. This study was also interested to determinate the thickness of the walls, made of composite materials selected, that meet the requirements of the thermal regulation and the conditions of operating recommended by the standards in use. A checking of the mechanical characteristics of the walls was carried out.
